These general terms of sale govern the contractual relations between 120 FPS LLC and its customers regarding the sale of credits for the use of image restoration and AI video generation services.
Prices are expressed in US dollars ($) including all taxes. Payment is made by credit card via Stripe. Credits are available immediately after payment validation.
• 1 credit = 1 image restoration
• 3 credits = 1 video generation (4 seconds)
Credits have no expiration date and remain available on the customer account.
In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, unless the credits have been used.
120 FPS LLC undertakes to provide services with diligence. The company's liability is limited to the amount of credits purchased.
These conditions are governed by US law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
